The Architecture of Furniture

The Foyer Chair was designed as a chair meant to be placed by the front door, serving as a seat for when one puts on or removes their shoes. It is also the chair in which one sits whilst waiting for everyone else to finish getting ready to go out. It is not made to be too comfortable as the intended sitting period is brief.
