Part I: The Golden Pipeline

The Golden Pipeline delivers water from Mundaring Weir to communities in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields, namely Coolgardie and Kalgoorlie. The pipe runs 530km and was completed in 1903.

The first project explored the personal experience at Mundaring Weir, interpreting the sensations and augmenting them through concrete insertions within the site.
