The Urban Research and Revival studio concluded with personal building projects. The cinema, named Astaka Sepia, located at the upper right corner of the Greenbelt along Raja Bot street, was proposed to add recreational value to Chow Kit.

The cinema features three medium-sized screening halls, an outdoor amphitheatre, and a sloped roof garden. The cinema is kept as open and airy as possible, serving as a park 24-7. An atrium greets visitors as they approach from the main street, leading them towards the amphitheatre and the Green belt.
